If your body doesn’t have everything it needs to function properly, how can you be healthy?

There are many experts on nutrition but they all seem to contradict one another.  Wouldn’t it be refreshing to learn the basics that all nutrition scientists agree upon?  This course will cover exactly what your body needs for you to be vibrantly healthy, happy and strong.

After covering the science, you will learn how to apply the information in the grocery store, in your kitchen, and at your dining table.  Little sustainable steps that are easy to follow will lead to less illness, more fun, and delicious meals. 

In this class you will learn:

  • What to eat to enhance your health
  • The 7 Dos and Don’ts of healthy eating
  • How traditional cultures maintained healthy bodies through superior nutrition
  • The three types of fats that are essential to a healthy body
  • How to double the nutritional value of foods you already eat

You will understand:

  • How macronutrients and micronutrients interact in our foods
  • How our food choices are influenced by our emotions
  • The long lasting effects of genetically modified foods and food additives

You will walk away with your own list of steps to take so that you too can experience the joys of a well nourished body.
