How do I Get More Calcium?

Your body needs calcium for health muscles and bones. Most calcium pills are made of sea shells (calcium carbonate) and not easily digestible. The human stomach is not designed to digest sea shells!

It is much easier for your body to get calcium from soups made from animal bones. Place bones from chicken or beef into water and simmer 12-24 hours. All of the minerals that your body needs to make healthy muscles and bones will enter the water. Remove the bones and use the water as a base for soups or as a hot beverage.

This type of soup is great for most joint problems as well.
